參加者須知
1. 注意事項
·
如報名參加人數不足15人，該課堂將予取消，屆時將透過電郵通知有關報名人士之家長或監護人。 如以信用卡已繳付之學費會經有關銀行以信用卡退回。
·
本機構於開課前將以電郵發出參加者須知及特別安排申請表。如參加者有任何食物敏感、特別健康狀況或其他需要注意的地方，
可於申請表內列明，以作出安排。如有關要求超越執行範圍，馬灣公園有限公司 (本機構) 有權拒絕參加者之申請。
2. 體驗營細則
·
參加者如患有以下疾病，包括但不限於發燒、咳嗽、傷風/感冒及/或皮膚病，並不適合參與本活動。
·
參加者無論於任何時候均須聽從工作人員指示，不得擅自離隊。
·
參加者請勿攜帶貴重財物參加活動。如有任何遺失或損壞，本機構概不負責。
·
參加者如發覺身體不適，請留在家中休息。如有需要，本機構有機會要求身體不適者暫停參與活動。如因疾病而未能參與或缺席活動， 有關活動課節將不設補課或退款。
·
如參加者於活動期間行為不檢或作出影響他人安全的行為，本機構有權要求參加者於活動進行期間離開，而不設補課或退款。
·
日營開始前，本機構將以電郵通知家長/監護人體驗營時間表、學員名牌、家長/監護人接送名牌及家長/監護人須知等資料，並由專員致電提醒家長/監護人注意事項，並接受查詢。

如參加者選擇挪亞方舟作集合及解散地點，須自行安排交通直接前往挪亞方舟，費用由參加者承擔。(注意: 馬灣路為二十四小時限制車輛區域，私家車如沒有獲得運輸署發出之禁區許可證將不可駛入馬灣。有關交通詳情請參閱挪亞方舟網頁。)
·
於青衣港鐡站附近集合之參加者將獲安排乘搭免費專車來往青衣及挪亞方舟。專車服務只提供予已選擇青衣港鐡站附近為集合地點之參加者，家長/監護人及其他人等不得以任何理由乘坐本專車。
·
每輛接送的專車車頭均會擺放「挪亞學堂暑假體驗營」指示牌。
·
請家長/監護人及參加者於預計集合時間提早至少 5 分鐘到達等候接載，逾時不候；遲到者需自行安排交通前往挪亞方舟。家長/監護人在接回參加者時，亦請提早5 分鐘到達解散地點等候。
·
確實集合及解散地點將於稍後通知。
·
如因突發性事件 (包括但不限於交通意外及公眾集會等情況) 而影響，導致交通中斷或擠塞而無法於原定時間前往集合地點，家長/監護人可選擇自行安排交通於挪亞方舟正門接送。當日受影響的活動之費用均不獲退回。
·
如活動的開始時間及結束時間因上述突發性事件而有所調整，將會以電話另行通知。
·
如因上述突發性事件而取消當天日營，挪亞方舟的負責職員會於集合時間前一小時通知閣下。如另有補課安排，將會以電話另行通知。
4. 惡劣天氣安排

5. 所有參加者均受以下條款約束
·
參加者無論在任何情況及原因下退出或未能參加是次活動，已繳交之費用均不獲退回。已報讀之課程學費及學位亦不可轉讓他人。
·
活動進行期間，學員須顧及自身安全，並遵從導師的指示和安全守則。對學員因意外事故而造成之財物損失或身體損傷，本機構概不負責。
·
所有進入挪亞方舟之人士，包括日營學員，均須遵守挪亞方舟規則和章程， 請參閱以下網址：http://www.noahsark.com.hk/tra/rules-and-regulations.jsp
·
如因惡劣天氣或在任何意料之外的情況下被迫取消活動，已繳交之費用均不獲退回。
·
如遇突發性情況，例如關乎與公眾健康之考慮，體驗營會根據教育局或有關政府部門的指引去作出相應安排。如有退款或補課安排，將會以電話或電郵另行通知。
·
如有任何破壞體驗營場地或住宿設施及器材的參加者，須按市價作出相關賠償。
·
本機構將於活動其間進行拍攝，活動照片或會用作日後宣傳用途。參加者如不同意上述安排，可於確認參加課程後以書面形式提出。
·
以上所有資料如有任何更改，恕不另行通知。
·
如有任何爭議，本機構保留所有申請及體驗營安排的最終決定權。
·

Noah’s Academy
STEAM Summer Camps
Points to Note
1. General Information
·
A particular camp session
will be cancelled if there are less than 15 applicants. A notification email of
session cancellation will be sent to parents/guardians. Course fees paid by
credit card will be refunded by credit card through the card-issuing bank.
·
The
applicant will receive a participants’ notice and
special arrangement application form
via email before the camp commences. If participant has any food
allergy, special health condition or special needs, please state in the form
for arrangement. Ma Wan Park Limited (MWPL) reserves the rights to reject
applications that are beyond the service scope.
2. Criteria for Participation
·
Participants who are
suffering from any diseases including, but not limited to, fever, coughing,
cold/flu and/or skin diseases are not suitable to join this camp.
·
Participants are required to follow staffs’
instructions during the camp. Leaving the group is not allowed.
·
Participants
should avoid bringing valuable belongings. MWPL shall not be
held liable for any loss of and/or damage to any personal properties and/or
belongings of participant during the camp.
·
Absence due to sickness will be considered as
sick leave, no refund or make-up session will be arranged.
·
Participant should stay
at home and rest if suffering from illness. MWPL reserves
rights to ask the participants to temporarily refrain from joining the camp.
·
If participant shows
disregard to the safety of others or misconduct during the camp, MWPL reserves the right to dismiss participant during
the camp without refund or make-up session.
·
Parents /guardians
of the participants will receive camp schedule, participants’ name tag,
students pick-up card, and points to note via email and will also be notified
individually by phone before the camp starts.
3. Transportation, Assembly & Dismissal

Participants who choose Noah’s Ark Main
Entrance as the assembly and dismissal point will need to arrange
transportation to the Ark by himself/herself; the transportation fee will be
borne by participants. (The road connecting Ma Wan Island from Tsing Ma
Bridge is a restricted road managed by the Government; only vehicles with
valid permits issued by Transport Department are allowed. Please refer to
Noah’s Ark website for transportation arrangement) ·
Free
shuttle service between Tsing Yi and Noah’s Ark will be provided to
participants who choose Tsing Yi MTR Station as the assembly point. The free shuttle service is for
registered participants only. Parents or guardians are not permitted to
travel on the shuttle. ·
A “Noah’s
Academy Summer Camp” sign will be shown on the windshield of the shuttle bus.
·
Parents/guardians and
participants should arrive at the assembly location 5 minutes in advance.
Late participants should take other transportation to Noah’s Ark. Parents
should arrive at the dismissal location 5 minutes in advance for pickup of
participant. ·
Parents/guardians
will be informed of the exact assembly and dismissal location before the camp
starts. ·
In case of sudden incident, including but
not limited to traffic accident and public assembly, that may disrupt or
delay transportation to the Assembly Location, parents/guardians can choose to arrange transportation on
their own to drop off and pick up at main gate on that day. No refund will be
made. ·
In case of sudden incident mentioned above,
the start and end time may be adjusted, parents/guardians will be contacted with details by phone. In
case of sudden incident mentioned above, which might cause a “Cancellation”,
Noah’s Ark Staff would inform the Parents/Guardians ONE hour in advance. The organizer will
contact parents/guardians by phone if any make-up session of the camp would
be arranged. |
4. Adverse Weather Arrangement

If the warning is hoisted during the
event, the event will continue, but outdoor activities will be suspended.
Dismissal will be delayed until the Black Rainstorm Warning is lowered. If the warning is hoisted 2 hours before the event, the event will be delayed.
The Organizer will contact parents/guardians by phone to confirm the resuming
time for the event. |

Typhoon
Signal No. 8 or above |
If the warning is hoisted during the
event, the event will be cancelled immediately. Parents/Guardians need to
come to Noah’s Ark to pick up participant. Once the warning is cancelled, the
Organizer will call parents/guardians on the resuming time of the camp. If the warning is hoisted 2 hours before the event, the event will be
cancelled and postponed. If the warning is cancelled after 12pm, the
activities of the date will be cancelled. The Organizer will contact
parents/guardians if any make-up session of the camp would be arranged. |
5.
Terms and Conditions
l
The course is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment will not be
refunded should the participant quit or not be able to join the camp under any
circumstances or reasons.
l
During the course of
camp, the participant shall take into account their own safety and comply with
the instructor’s instructions and safety code. MWPL shall not be held liable
for any injuries of participants during the camp.
l
All people entering Noah’s Ark Hong Kong, including those attend camps,

l
Payment will not be refunded should the event be cancelled due to
adverse weather or under any other circumstances beyond the control of MWPL.
l In the event of unexpected circumstances, such as public health concern,
the organizer of camp session will follow the guidelines arranged by the
Education Bureau or a relevant government body. The
organizer will contact parents/guardians if any make-up session of the camp or
refund would be arranged.
l
Participant shall
be held liable and make full compensation for any damage of equipment and/or
facilities at
camp sites at market rate.
l
MWPL shall take photographs and videos
during the camp and reserves the right to use any of these materials for future
promotional purposes. Parents/guardians
who do not wish to authorize the use should notify the Organizer in writing after the confirmation of camp registration.
l

disputes, MWPL reserves the right for any final decision.
