# Upon the completion of this application form, applicants who are not yet members of the Noah’s Academy program will be enrolled to the program automatically. • Enrollment is on first-come-first-served basis. Enrollment will only be confirmed once the payment has been made.
• Payment by VISA / MASTERCARD only.
• A particular session will be cancelled if there are less than 10 applicants by the application deadline. An email of session cancellation will be sent to parents. Paid course fee will be refunded through credit card.
• Payment will not be refunded should the participant quit or not be able to join the workshop under any circumstances or reasons. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The applicant will receive a participants’ notice and special arrangement application form via email before the session commences. Ma Wan Park Limited reserves the rights to reject applications that are beyond the service scope.
