挪亞FUN分CLUB條款及細則 |
本守則對由馬灣公園有限公司經營之「挪亞FUN分CLUB」(簡稱「本會」)之所有會員均有約束力。經此申請表格申請成為本會會員，申請人即同意受本會員守則(包括不時生效之條款及條件)約束。
1)
會員登記
a)
要成為會員，閣下須填寫一份申請表格，並提供指定個人資料。任何不完整或不準確的表格將不獲處理。
b)
18 歲以下之申請人須由家長或監護人簽署同意聲明
c)
每人只限登記一次。如發現任何重覆申請，將自動終止重覆之會員證使用權而不作另行通知。
d)
所有會籍申請須經本會批准；本會有絕對酌情權批准或不批准有關申請，無須作任何解釋。
e)
申請一經批核，所繳交之會籍費用將不獲退款或轉讓。
2)
會員證
a)
每位會員於其會籍申請被接納後，將於 4星期內獲本會發出一張正式會員證。透過園內申請或更新會籍之會員於網上成功報名及繳費後將於即時透過電郵獲發一張臨時電子會員證。
b)
會員證在任何情況下均為本會之財物，本會有權隨時撤銷該證之效力及 / 或終止會員之會籍，而無須給與任何理由。本會亦有權要求會員歸還會員證予本會。
c)
會員證祇供獲發該證之會員使用，不得轉讓。香港挪亞方舟職員有權要求會員出示身分證明，以作查核。
d)
會員須於惠顧時出示有效之「挪亞FUN分CLUB」會員證作為其會籍的證明，方可享有本會為會員提供之折扣及優惠。
e)
倘若會員證遭遺失、損壞或被竊，須立即通知本會。本會補發新證，可收取費用。
3)
折扣及會員優惠
a)
迎新優惠及生日月份優惠換領券將於會籍申請被接納後 4星期內，連同正式會員證郵寄至您所登記的香港地址。您亦可選擇親身到位於馬灣之香港挪亞方舟票務處領取。
b)
「挪亞FUN分CLUB」折扣及優惠僅為會員所得的禮遇，不得因任何原因轉移給他人。
c)
所有折扣及會員優惠須以正價計算; 不可與其他推廣優惠或折扣優惠同時使用。
d) 根據香港挪亞方舟之規則和章程，所有11歲或以下之會員須由年滿15歲或以上、並持有有效之香港挪亞方舟門票人士陪同方可入場。
e)
迎新優惠之免費門票優惠 (須出示即日門票換票券):
i)
香港挪亞方舟即日門票換票券(簡稱換票券)有效期為發卡日起算三個月內。持券人可憑換票券於馬灣之香港挪亞方舟票務處換領成人或小童/長者即日門票一張。換票券並不適用於旺角新世紀廣場之香港挪亞方舟票務處、網上購票、7-11便利店及其他售票處。門票須於換領當日使用。
ii)
換票券不可與其他推廣優惠或折扣優惠同時使用。
iii)
換票券受有關條款及細則約束。詳情請參閱換票券上之條款及細則。
f)
全年園內優惠(須出有示有效之臨時電子會員證或正式會員證):
i)
門票折扣: 香港挪亞方舟門票優惠只適用於馬灣之香港挪亞方舟票務處; 並不適用於旺角新世紀廣場之香港挪亞方舟票務處、網上購票、7-11便利店及其他售票處。每張有效之正式會員證每日可享門票優惠一次，每次購買最多4張，包括會員本人之門票。
ii)
豐盛閣餐廳自助晚餐優惠須於訂座時說明使用「挪亞FUN分CLUB」優惠。
每張有效會員證每日只可享用自助晚餐優惠一次，每次最多4人，包括會員本人。優惠不包括服務費。須另收加一服務費(以原價計算)。免費餐酒只提供予18 歲或以上之顧客。
iii)
精品及紀念照片之折扣優惠只適用於正價貨品，並不適用於公價、指定或特價貨品(特別聲明除外)。
iv)
挪亞FUN分CLUB優先預留位置參加兒童多元智能活動 (簡稱「多元智能活動」)之優惠只適用於指定多元智能活動。多元智能活動將不定期於香港挪亞方舟舉行，活動前將以電郵寄發活動通知予會員。每位會員可於活動當日為一位11歲或以下之小朋友優先預留位置參加活動; 每項活動每日只可留位一次。每項多元智能活動預設之挪亞FUN分CLUB預留位置名額有限，以當日先到先得方式分配，額滿即止。 (參加多元智能活動之會員及同行人士均須另外購買香港挪亞方舟門票入場) 。
g)
生日月份優惠(須出示相關之生日優惠券、有效的正式會員證及身份證明文件):
i)
生日月份優惠只適用於會員本人生日月份，並須於惠顧或於豐盛閣餐廳入坐時出示相關之生日優惠券、有效的正式會員證及身份證明文件方可享用會員生日月份優惠。每張生日優惠券只可使用一次。生日優惠受有關條款及細則約束。詳情請參閱相關生日優惠券上之條款及細則。
ii) 會員須親身於馬灣之香港挪亞方舟票務處換領免費生日即日門票。同行親友之半價門票亦須於會員換領免費生日即日門票時同時購買，並於即日同時使用，折扣優惠方為適用。生日月份門票優惠並不適用於旺角新世紀廣場之香港挪亞方舟票務處、網上購票、7-11便利店及其他售票處；及不可與其他推廣優惠或折扣優惠同時使用 (「挪亞FUN分CLUB」之正價門票折扣優惠除外) 。
iii)
會員須於最少2個工作天前致電豐盛閣餐廳(電話: (852) 3411 8836)訂座自助晚餐，同時說明將會使用免費生日蛋糕優惠，優惠方為適用。餐廳座位視乎供應情況而定。
iv)
選購第一張紀念照片時須同時選購第二至四張紀念照片，紀念照片半價優惠方為適用。
4)
遺失會員證
a) 如遺失會員證，請於辦公時間內致電顧客服務專線(852) 3411 8888 辦理補領登記手續。經核實卡主身份及資料後，舊卡即時作廢。新卡將於4星期內安排郵寄至會員登記地址(只限香港地址)。
b)
舊卡之全年門票累積獎賞計劃門票購買紀錄將轉至新卡。
c)
補辦會員證期間，將不能享有折扣及會員優惠。
5)
更改會員守則
a)
本會有絕對酌情權不時更改本會員守則，並以其認為合適之任何方式通知會員任何上述之更改。
b)
除非會員證在更改生效並載明於向會員通知之日期前被歸還本會以便註銷，否則會員須受該等已更改之守則約束。
6)
開除會籍
a)
本會倘若認為任何會員之行為對本會有損或與本會之利益相違或違反任何會員守則，本會可開除有關會員於本會之會籍，而本會之決定為最後及終局性的。會籍費用將一概不能退回。
b)
被開除會籍之會員停止擁有會籍所授予之任何權利、福利或優惠，而且不再有權接受及享有本會提供之設施及服務。被開除會籍之會員於收到開除會籍之通知後須立即向本會交還會員證。
7)
本會終止運作
a)
馬灣公園有限公司有絕對酌情權於任何時候終止本會之運作而無須向會員發出通告或給與任何理由。於本會之運作被終止以後，會員之一切權利及優惠即告終止，而全部會員應在接到本會運作終止之通知後立即向本會交還會員證。於任何情況下，會員不得亦不能因本會終止運作而向本會、馬灣公園有限公司之董事或管理人員提出任何性質或在任何情況下引致之索償或要求。
8)
個人資料收集聲明
a)
每一位申請會籍之人士必須提供此申請表格內所要求之全部個人資料及其他資料(訂明非必須提供者除外)，以便本會考慮其申請。若申請人未能根據要求向本會提供該等資料，可能導致本會無法處理有關申請。如申請獲批准，在會員之會籍有效期間，本會可收集進一步之個人資料及其他資料
b)
以下是馬灣公園有限公司、其附屬公司與聯屬公司根據《個人資料(私隱)條例》(第486章)之規定所訂之私隱政策聲明。我們將確保我們之職員將執行有關政策，嚴格保密你的個人資料。
c)
閣下填寫及遞交此申請表即表示同意並接受此個人資料收集聲明，及同意馬灣公園有限公司使用及保存閣下所提供的有關個人資料(包括但不限於姓名、聯絡號碼、地址及電郵地址)作以下用途:
·
處理會籍之申請；
·
核實提供予本會之資料；
·
為本會及 / 或馬灣公園有限公司、其附屬公司及/或相聯公司(簡稱「集團」)進行研究及 / 或分析；
·
不時向會員提供關於集團的資訊，包括集團或供應商為會員提供的產品、設施、服務及其他優惠、獎賞及其他得益的資訊並且為會員匯集及安排該等產品、設施、服務及其他優惠、獎賞及其他得益
·
就本會及 / 或集團對會員或一般顧客所提供的設施、服務及 / 或產品，及作出評估及改進；
·
促進會員與本會間的溝通，並鼓勵會員就其對本會及 / 或集團之設施、服務及 / 或產品之需要及期望作出回應；
·
為確定會員享用本會及本集團產品、設施、服務及其他優惠、獎賞及其他得益的資格，並考慮會員的需要，而將會員個人資料與會員先前提供給集團的所有個人資料加以比較；
·
履行任何適用法律下要求披露之規定；
·
任何經申請人或會員不時同意之其他用途。
d)
閣下同意將有關個人資料存入馬灣公園有限公司的資料庫，以便向閣下提供閣下可能感興趣的資訊，包括有針對性的廣告、新服務和產品和其他優惠並進行直接促銷，包括產品、服務、諮詢、意見和與以下各項產品及服務的最新情報，包括旅遊、娛樂消閒、金融服務、健康和保險、家居、電訊、資訊科技、交通運輸基礎設施運營和管理、社交網絡、生活資訊、服裝、餐飲、消費產品、教育和課程、環境保護、招聘、獎賞/獎勵/優惠計劃、慈善和非牟利事務。如閣下希望終止或重新接收我們的資料，或不願意馬灣公園有限公司及其聯屬公司使用您的個人資料作促銷之用，請以書面形式向本公司提出要求(地址: 香港挪亞方舟，香港新界馬灣珀欣路33號，挪亞方舟遊客服務處資料保障主任收)，並註明姓名、地址、電話、及會員證號碼、以便跟進。
e)
閣下提供之個人資料將只會被披露或轉移予往上述目的及合理而必要之單位。
f)
每一位會員均有權根據《個人資料（私隱）(修訂)條例》(第486章)的規定，要求查閱或更正閣下之個人資料。如有任何查閱或更正資料要求，可向本會資料保障主任提出，其辦事處位於香港新界馬灣珀欣路33號，香港挪亞方舟。(電郵: info@noahsark.com.hk)
9)
其他
a)
如有任何爭議, 將以馬灣公園有限公司之決定為準。

·
促进会员与本会间的沟通，并鼓励会员就其对本会及 / 或集团之设施、服务及 / 或产品之需要及期望作出响应；

为确定会员享用本会及本集团产品、设施、服务及其他优惠、奖赏及其他得益的资格，并考虑会员的需要，而将会员个人资料与会员先前提供给集团的所有个人资料加以比较；
·

These
Terms and Conditions are binding on all Members of Noah Fun Fun
Club (the "Club") operated by Ma Wan Park Limited (“MWPL”). By
applying for membership of the Club, herein to become a Member of the Club the
applicant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (as may from time to
time be in force) upon becoming a Member of the Club.
1) Membership Enrollment
a) Application for membership is made by completing and returning the
application form in full. Any incomplete or inaccurate forms will not be
processed.
b) Parent/Guardian of applicant under 18 years of age is required to
complete and sign the declaration section
c) Applicant should apply once only. We reserve the right, without prior
notice, to decline the duplicated application and terminate the right to use
the card.
d) All applications for membership shall be subject to the approval of the
Club, which it may approve or not at its absolute
discretion and without giving any reason therefore.
e) Upon successful enrollment, membership fees are non-refundable and
non-transferable
2) Membership Card
a) Each Member will be issued an official Membership Card (a
"Card") within four weeks upon acceptance of the Membership
application by the Club. Members who enrolled via in-park application or
membership renewal application will be issued a Temporary E-Membership Card
immediately after the completion of the online application form and online
payment.
b) The Card remains at all times the property of the Club and the Club
reserves the right at any time to revoke the Card and/or terminate the
Membership of any Member without giving any reason therefore and to require the
Card to be returned to the Club upon request.
c) The Card may only be used by the Member to whom the Card was issued and
the Card is not transferable.
Member may be asked to provide identification for verification purpose
if necessary.
d) The Card must be presented at the time of purchase as proof of
Membership to enable the Member to enjoy the discounts and special offers to
Members.
e) If the Card is lost, damaged or stolen, it should be reported
immediately to the Club. A charge may be imposed by the Club for the issuance
of a replacement Card.
3) Discount & Special Offer
a) Upon acceptance of the Membership application, the Welcome and Birthday
Month Offer redemption vouchers will be mailed to your registered address in
Hong Kong together with the official Membership Card within four weeks, or you
may choose to pick up at Noah’s Ark Ticketing Office at Ma Wan.
b) Members’ discounts and special offers are member-only benefits and are
non-transferable under any circumstances.
c) The members’ discounts and offers are based on regular price and cannot
be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.
d) According to the rules and regulations of Noah’s Ark Hong Kong, an
eligible member 11 years of age or under must be accompanied by a person who
has attained 15 years of age and has a valid Noah’s Ark Hong Kong admission
ticket in order to enter the park.
e) Welcome Offer – Complimentary Admission Ticket (With presentation of the
complimentary admission ticket redemption voucher):
i)
Noah’s Ark Hong Kong
complimentary admission ticket redemption voucher (the “Voucher”) is valid for
three months from the date of card issue and is valid for the redemption of one
unit of same-day Noah’s Ark Hong Kong general admission ticket or child & senior
ticket at Noah’s Ark Park & Resort Ticketing Office at Ma Wan. It is not available at Noah’s Ark
Ticketing Counters at Grand Century Place, Mong Kok, online, 7-11 outlets or other sales locations. The complimentary admission ticket must
be used on the date of redemption.
ii) The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or
promotion offer.
iii) Terms and conditions of Noah’s Ark Hong Kong complimentary admission
ticket redemption voucher apply.

Year round offers (With
presentation of a valid temporary e-membership card or an official membership
card):
i)
Admission ticket offer: The
admission ticket offer is only valid at the Noah’s Ark Park & Resort
Ticketing Office at Ma Wan. It is
not available at Noah’s Ark Ticketing Counters at Grand Century Place, Mong Kok, online, 7-11 outlets or
other sales locations. Each valid
membership card may enjoy the admission ticket offer once per day with up to
total 4 guests (including the cardholder’s ticket).
ii) Harvest Restaurant dinner buffet offer is subject to seat availability,
advance reservation and mentioning of “Noah Fun Fun
Club Dinner Buffet Offer.” A valid
temporary e-membership card or an official membership card must be presented at
the time of arrival at Harvest Restaurant.
Each valid membership card may enjoy the buffet dining offer once per
day with up to total 4 guests (including the card member). The offer does not include service
charge and a 10% service charge will apply based on the original price.
Complimentary house wine is served to guests aged 18 or above only.
iii) Merchandise and souvenir photo discount offers are only applicable to
regular price items and are not applicable to fixed priced products, selected
items or discounted and promotional items (unless otherwise specified).
iv) The offer of priority seat reservation in Multiple Intelligences
Development Workshops for Children (the “Workshops”) applies only to select
workshops. Workshops are held on
occasional basis at Noah’s Ark Hong Kong and information will be sent to
members by email beforehand. Each
eligible member may reserve one seat on behalf of one child participant aged 11
or below for each workshop once on event day. A number of seats at each workshop
are reserved for Noah Fun Fun Club Member and are
assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. (Both eligible member and the
accompanied participant must purchase admission tickets separately).
g) Birthday Month Offers (With presentation of relevant coupons, a valid
official membership card and the eligible cardholder’s identification):
i)
Birthday month offers are valid
to the eligible cardholder only. The
relevant coupon, the valid membership card and the eligible cardholder’s
identification must be presented at the time of purchase or arrival at
Harvest Restaurant in order to enjoy the birthday month offers. Terms and conditions of birthday month
offers apply. Please refer to the
terms and conditions printed on the relevant coupons for details.
ii) Eligible cardholder must in person redeem the complimentary birthday
admission ticket at Noah’s Ark Park & Resort Ticketing Office at Ma
Wan. The 50% off regular price
admission discounted ticket for the accompanied guest must be purchased in
conjunction with the complimentary birthday admission ticket redemption in
order to be valid. The
complimentary birthday admission ticket and the accompanied guest discounted
ticket must be used on the date of redemption and at the same time. The birthday ticket offers are not
available at Noah’s Ark Ticketing Counters at Grand Century Place, Mong Kok, online, 7-11 outlets or
other sales locations, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other
discount or promotion offer (except the Noah Fun Fun
Club regular price admission tickets discount offer).
iii) Dinner buffet booking must be made at the Harvest Restaurant at least
two working days in advance <Tel: (852) 3411-8836)> and the use of the
“Noah’s Ark Hong Kong Harvest Restaurant Birthday Coupon” must be mentioned at
the time of booking in order to enjoy the complimentary birthday cake
offer.
iv) The birthday month souvenir photo discount offer is only valid for the
second, third, or fourth prints purchased together with the first print.
4) Lost Card
a) For replacement of card, please contact our Guest Services Enquiry
Hotline (852) 3411-8888 during office hours. After verifying the card host
information, a replacement card will be mailed to the cardholder’s registered
address within four weeks (Hong Kong address only). The cardholder may also choose to pick
up the new card at Noah's Ark Park & Resort Ticketing Office at Ma Wan.
b) Cardholder will not be entitled to the discounts and special offers during
the period of card replacement.
5) Amendment of Terms and Conditions
a) The Club shall have absolute discretion and right to amend these Terms
and Conditions from time to time and may notify Members of such amendments in
any manner it considers fit.
b) The Member will be bound by such amendments unless his/her Card is
returned to the Club for cancellation before the date specified in the
notification upon which the amendments are to take effect.
6) Expulsion of Members
a) The Club may, if it considers that any Member has conducted
himself/herself in any way injurious to the Club or prejudicing the interests
of the Club or has committed any breach of these Terms and Conditions,
expel the Member from Membership of the Club and the decision of the Club shall
be final and conclusive. No refund on membership fees will be given.
b) A Member who has been expelled from the Club shall cease to have any
rights, benefits or privileges of Membership and any rights to enjoy the
facilities and services provided or procured by the Club and shall immediately,
upon receipt of the notice of expulsion, surrender to the Club his/her
Card. .
7) Termination of Operation of the Club
a) MWPL shall have the right at any time at its absolute discretion without
giving any notice or reason to Members to terminate the operation of the Club.
Upon the termination of the operation of the Club, all rights and privileges of
Members shall cease and all the Members shall, forthwith upon notification,
return their respective Cards to the Club. No claim or demand of whatsoever
nature and howsoever arising shall be made by Members against the Club, the
directors or management of MWPL in connection with such termination.
8) Personal Information Collection Statement
a) Each applicant for Membership is required to supply all the personal
data and other information requested in the Application Form herein (except
those specified to be not obligatory) in order to enable the Club to consider
his/her application. Failure to do so may result in the Club being unable to
process the application. If the application is successful, further personal
data and information may be collected during the period when a Member's
Membership continues.
b) It is the policy of MWPL, its subsidiaries and associated companies to
comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the laws of
the Hong Kong. The Group also strives to ensure compliance by our staff with
the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.
c) By filling out and submitting this form you indicate your agreement to
the Customer Data (Privacy) Policy and to allow MWPL using and storing your
personal data (including name, contact number, address and email address) for
the following purposes:

Process and evaluate of the application
herein;
·
Communicate with you in respect
of promoting and direct marketing of product and services by MWPL and its
subsidiaries and associated companies;
·
Update the membership
information regularly;
·
Manage, operate and maintain
this membership program;
·
Investigate of complaints,
suspected suspicious transactions and research for service improvement;
·
Prevent or detect of crime;
·
Disclose as required by law,
rules, regulations, codes or guidelines; and
·
Other related purposes.
d) You agree to store your personal data to the database of MWPL, for
delivering information that you may be interested in, such as targeted
advertising, new services and products and other promotions and marketing
materials and conducting direct marketing including products, services, advice
and subjects in relation to the followings: traveling, entertainment &
recreation, household products & services, financial services, health &
insurance, telecommunication, information technology, transport infrastructure
operations and management, social networking, apparel & accessories,
hospitality & catering, consumer product, educational, environment
protection, recruitment, reward/loyalty/privilege programmes,
charitable and non-profitable causes. If at any other point of time you do not
wish us to receive our promotion information or use your personal data for use
in direct marketing as described above, you may post a written notice to:
“Noah’s Ark Hong Kong, 33 Pak Yan Road, Ma Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong,
Attn: Noah’s Ark Guest Service Data Protection Officer”, together with you
registered name, address, contact number and Membership number for arrangement.
e) The personal data provided by you will only be disclosed or transferred
to parties relevant and reasonably necessary for the purposes stated above.
f)
Each Member has the right to
request access to and correction of any of his/her personal data in accordance
with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486). Any
data access request or data correction request may be made to our Data
Protection Officer at its office situated at Noah’s Ark Hong Kong, 33 Pak Yan
Road, Ma Wan, New Territories (Email info@noahsark.com.hk).
9) Others
a) In case of any dispute, MWPL reserves the right on final decision.
10) Applicable Law
a) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
